Medussa NV can receive information from you in the following ways:

What personal information do we collect?

Medussa NV can process personal data about you, because you use the services of Medussa NV, and / or because you provide this to Medussa NV when you fill in a contact form on the website. Medussa NV can process the following personal data:

For what purposes do we collect your personal data?

Medussa NV uses acquired personal data in the first instance to implement the agreement that we conclude with the customer in the context of offering products and services via our website, our social media and physical store and for internal administration. More specifically, we ask you to share your personal data with us for the following purposes:

• For entering into, maintaining and improving the contractual relationship with its (potential) customers, or for improving services and products.

• For applying and implementing legal obligations.

Terminating an agreement in this case means signing out a newsletter. If you want to have your data completely removed, you can submit a request for this (see below).

What rights do you have?

You must ensure that Medussa NV has the correct personal data. Via the e-mail address info@medussa.be you can object in writing to the use of certain data by Medussa NV, or to request access, correction and / or removal of your (personal) data. Upon written request, any corrections communicated by you will be processed. Medussa NV will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

Complaints about the use of personal data can be directed to Medussa NV or to the legally authorized institution in our country.

How do we protect your personal data?
